Coach Joe Williams

Coach Joe Williams has almost 15 years of instruction and coaching experience on his resume. He started doing one on one instruction working at Extra Innings Baseball Facility while still in high school. Since then, he has coached travel programs, was the catching coach at former Bishop Ahr High School as a volunteer and worked with Rahway High School and their catchers. He has explored many coaching opportunities with several local facilities in New Jersey and recently has taken an opportunity with Langan Baseball.

He has worked with players from the Little League age groups all the way to Professional Independent ranks. He has multiple clients who are playing college baseball and looks forward to helping current and future clients get to the next level.

As a coach, Joe continues to learn and adapt to new information and techniques for his players and clients. He feels that every player cannot be taught the same way as the next. Because of this mindset, he always looks to gain knowledge and new ways to connect with who he is working with to get the most out of that individual player. His passion for the game and want to give back to the younger generation of players keeps him driven as a coach.

As a player, he was a two time All Division, one time All Area selection while playing for Monroe Township. He also was selected for the states Senior All Star Game.

He accepted a baseball scholarship in 2009 to Rochester College in Michigan and Redshirted his 2009-2010 Freshman season.

2011 he was a Free Agent invite to the Baltimore Orioles Minor League Spring Training. However never signed with the team due to injury.

He then had a brief stint playing professionally in Indy ball until another injury put an end to his playing career.

Joe is currently working as a municipal employee. He lives in Howell, NJ with his wife and two kids.

Coach Justin Bloss

Coach Bloss will be joining the Brickwall staff to focus on the strength and conditioning of our athletes.  As a multisport athlete, he excelled as a 4 year varsity Football player for Manalapan High School.  During his time at Manalapan, he played on two State Championship contending teams while being named Captain, All-Division, and Academic All-Shore his senior year.

Coach Bloss decided to focus on his academics and attended Towson University where he developed a passion for the strength and conditioning field.  He studied and excelled in sports psychology, exercise science, and athletic training.

After graduating from Towson, Coach Bloss went on to get his Master's of Education at Monmouth University, and then his Master's in School Leadership at Georgian Court.  He coaches and trains his athletes with the same passion and purpose as he teaches his students.

Over the past decade Coach Bloss has coached: the JV baseball program at Matawan Regional High School. Varsity Football  at Matawan, Marlboro, and currently at Middletown North. Also he was the Thrower's Coach for the Matawan Regional High School Track and Field program.

During his time as a coach, Justin has developed conceptual yet individualized workout programs that have helped develop state champions in baseball, football, and track and field.  Coach Bloss' background with strength and conditioning helps him properly assess the athletes and create a unique plan that emphasizes an athlete's strengths, while challenging them to improve on their target goals.  He does this by developing foundational core strength, explosive fast twitch muscle fibers, joint mobility, and shoulder recovery. This allows his athletes to feel bigger, faster, stronger, with more confidence as they enter their spring season.
